Refund & Returns

We want you to feel good about your order and we’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please note:

• Apparel sizing may vary slightly depending on fit and personal preference.
• Normal wear, damage caused by improper use, accidents, or incorrect washing/care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
• Small variations in handmade products, materials, prints, or natural textures are part of the product’s character.

Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.
